No anti-virus product active.

If no anti-virus program is shown, then please install an anti-virus program. Is the name of the anti-virus program enclosed by parenthesis, then it is not active and you need to activate it (usually by right-clicking the security product's icon in the lower right system tray) or check the Security and maintenance warnings (Start > type 'Security and maintenance' until you see this option > click the option > Security).
